You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if you are not satisfied with the service.
How to Request a Refund

- Your email address used for the purchase
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
Refund Processing
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Subscriptions
For subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refund requests within 14 days of any billing date are eligible
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
- Requests made after the 14-day period
- Abuse of the refund policy
