Refund Processing

Subscriptions

For subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refund requests within 14 days of any billing date are eligible
  • After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
